Christmas Story

Every Christmas Santa gives gifts to children all over the world. He spends the
entire year preparing to see what each child wants, making sure the perfect gift is
made, with love, and then delivering it. Of course he has help. The elves work
diligently to make the gifts and the reindeer help deliver them.
One year, not so very long ago, the elves and the reindeer decided they wanted to
make a special gift for Santa himself. So they all got together and talked about it,
but they could not come up with anything. All the elves knew how to make were
toys, and as much as Santa loved toys, he was far too old to receive one as a gift.
Suddenly Derek the elf came up with an idea. They could ask Pavel, the North
Pole’s handyman, what he thought Santa would like. Pavel and Santa had known
each other for years and Pavel was very creative. So they invited Pavel over and
asked him his opinion.
At first Pavel just sat there. He rubbed his chin, just like Santa did, and pondered
and pondered. Then he smiled. ”You know” he said, “Santa has had a problem in
the North Pole lately. Everything is building up. People, and sleighs, are
everywhere.” He looked over at the reindeer. “It’s hard to park anywhere, isn’t it?
Santa has a hard time completing his work, right?”
The reindeer all nodded. They knew it was hard to park, not only at the North
Pole, but all over the world. The roofs on the new houses were not easy to park
on, and now that everyone in the neighborhoods had cars, parking in people’s
driveways or on the roads was difficult too. It was a challenge for them to find
places for Santa to stop to deliver his gifts.

“So we’ll make him his own special signs, to mark just where Santa should park on
Christmas night. That way he can move around easily and get his work done
without a problem.” Everyone agreed, that was a great idea. So, that was how the
“Reserved for Santa” signs were created. They were Pavel’s brainstorm and
handiwork.
Well, Santa loved his gift. More importantly, he loved the fact that the elves and
reindeer took special thought into asking Pavel to create them. It touched his
heart that they would make a special gift for him for Christmas.
The elves and reindeer asked Pavel to share with us the secret to making Santa’s
“Reserved for Santa” parking signs. This way ,everyone can make a special place
for Santa and the reindeer to park in their neighborhood on Christmas night.
Pavel designed the signs in many colors, so they will fit in every neighborhood and
match every home’s individual décor and design.
If you want to say “Merry Christmas Santa” we have a gift that comes straight from
the North Pole. Pavel’s “Reserved for Santa” Parking Signs.
